Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide to most countries and regions.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
- United States (Contiguous): 3–7 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories: 7–14 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
4. Extended Delivery Time (Special Circumstances)
Due to high volume, carrier delays, customs inspections, weather events, port congestion, global logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen special reasons, delivery may take 15–25 business days from the date of shipment. We will notify you if significant delays occur.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected. We may offer free shipping promotions for qualifying orders.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
7. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, we will refund the product cost minus original shipping fees.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier.
