Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Period

You may return unused, unwashed, and resalable clothing items within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must include original tags, labels, and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method via third-party payment processors.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, underwear, swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken), and personalized/custom-made items are non-returnable.
